Grammy Award winning guitarist, musician and producer, Eric Krasno is an omnipresent figure in popular music. Eric’s innovative guitar playing has been heard in Soulive and Lettuce, both of which he co-founded. He has been seen onstage supporting the Rolling Stones and The Roots, has worked as a producer and songwriter for Norah Jones, Tedeschi Trucks, 50 Cent, Talib Kweli, Aaron Neville, and Allen Stone, and has put out a solo album, ‘Blood From A Stone,’ where he has stepped up to the microphone to sing for the first time. To work on the album, Krasno left his home in New York City to join Dave Gutter from Rustic Overtones in Maine. The duo began working on the album, shifting from the jam/funk spirit that Krasno is known for, and creating a tighter, infectious sound of blues and R&B. Saxophone player and Arranger Ryan Zoidis of Lettuce joined them.
